As a Trainee Quality Management Systems with Lloyd’s Register you will start an exciting three year program. In the first year your hunger for knowledge about management systems will be stilled. There will be an intensive program in which we will share our knowledge and teach you everything you need to know about ISO 9001 / 14001 / 18001. And you are going to bring this theory in practice straight away to become a Junior Assessor in your first year.
In the second year we will focus together on will have challenging and interesting international assignments that will help you develop to become Lead Auditor! The third year will focus on developing your potential into full to become a fully qualified Senior Lead Auditor with Lloyd’s Register.
You will act as an expert in the area of Management Systems and examine and assess the implementation of management systems at our clients locally, but occasionally also around the world. With the large number of unique and interesting clients we have, no day will be the same. Your goal is to contribute to the improvement of the overall management systems, which will eventually lead to a safer working culture. The broadening and deepening of the collaboration with our relations is also a great aspect of your job. Based on your expertise you will contribute to the development of our services. A very challenging and diverse job where you get to meet a lot of different people and very interesting (technical) challenges!
- Technical Bachelor’s degree in for example Electro-Mechanical Engineering or similar
- At least 5 years of working experience in the industry, preferably in various sectors
- Prevention Advisor level 1 or 2
- Environmental Coordinator level A or B
- Knowledge of, or affinity with standards in the area of safety, environment and quality management systems
- A good verbal and written knowledge of the Dutch, French and English language
- Preparedness to travel when necessary to visit locations abroad
- Analytic insight and proactive attitude
- Communicative and social skills
- Willingness to commit to a three year programme
